Procter & Gamble broke ground in 2015 on a state-of-the-art production facility in the Tabler Station Business Park near Martinsburg, WV. SLS worked with Dillon Lightning Protection of Myersville, MD to perform a Detailed Lightning Risk Assessment for the P&G plant, per NFPA-780. SLS identified and quantified lightning vulnerabilities at 10 different facilities at the P&G plant. As a result of the risk assessment, P&G were provided with detailed information showing where additional lightning protection measures were recommended to minimize operational downtime.
