SLS provides a breadth of lightning-related products and services including lightning monitoring systems, sophisticated lightning protection system design, lightning protection and grounding inspections, lightning consulting services, and real lightning testing. SLS engineers and scientists use knowledge and diverse experience gained through years working in the USA’s Space Program to engage in projects with requirements ranging from straightforward to elaborate. SLS couples this unique technical perspective with our intimate knowledge of the lightning protection industry to best serve our customers. Our team proudly serves on prominent national lightning protection committees including NFPA 780, UL 1449, UL 96, IEC-TC 81, IEEE 998, in addition to the Kennedy Space Center Lightning Safety Assessment Committee.
